This field doesn’t mean Repairs… This field means the reliability of assets. We impart training in different maintenance aspects to our engineers. This Reliability or Asset Management field is now a developing field in India and will have a big scope in future.

Engineers from Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics streams will be our preference. We have a unique policy of promotion. It is not based on years of experience but on the capacity of our employees. Any employee can apply for any higher position in the company at any given time if they feel capable enough to handle the responsibilities of that position.
