Acoustic Greasing of Bearings Contract
Acoustic Greasing is almost a CBM of bearing. It automatically includes CM of bearings. It saves separate time on CM of bearings straight. The difference between CBM of Bearings & Acoustic Greasing is only a few of the corrective actions (like the replacement of bearings/ repair of shaft/housing) are not included in Acoustic Greasing.
Though Acoustic Greasing is mini-CBM of bearings, the benefits are many. It increases bearing life, reduces bearing failures below 5%, reduces sudden failures, increases the reliability of equipment. The Periodic Acoustic Greasing saves huge expenses on bearing replacement.
Acoustic Greasing is a greasing of bearings guided with an Ultrasound Analyzer. In other words, it is Ultrasound Guided Greasing.

For a contract, you have to select,
- The bearings of the equipment that will be undergoing Acoustic Greasing.
- Number of visits per equipment per year (Recommended – Monthly/Bi-Monthly/ Quarterly visits)
