Laser Alignment of the equipment reduces the failures drastically & increases reliability. The alignment might get disturbed due to many factors like vibration, replacement of parts, loose foundation/fastening, Soft Foot, Piping Strain, Cable Strain etc.

The benefits of this periodic Laser Alignment are many. The life of the bearings rises, faults like bent shaft/ bearing failures/ damages to bearing housing – shaft, gets reduced down.

We have the latest laser alignment instruments & a team of experienced engineers dealing exclusively in Laser Alignment.   

For a contract, you have to select,

1. The equipment that will be undergoing Laser Alignment – Pump – Motor units, Compressor – Motor units, Gearbox – Motor units, Blower – Motor units etc.
2. Number of visits per equipment per year (Recommended – Quarterly/Twice in a Year visits)

Our Laser Alignment team will visit your plant on given dates and execute Laser Alignment of the given equipment/Machine Train.
